For over 10 years, I have been designing meal plans for both professional and amateur athletes, focusing on performance, well-being, and health through sports nutrition. As a sports dietitian and nutritionist, my approach to athlete nutrition is first and foremost human and compassionate. It is also rooted in communication and a detailed analysis of your needs, even when working remotely.

1. Assessment of Your Athlete Diet
By clicking on the dietary survey button below, an online questionnaire will allow me to precisely assess your usual diet. This easy-to-complete survey will enable me to estimate your intake and identify areas for improvement in your diet within the context of sports nutrition.
2. Sports Nutrition Assessment
During a video or phone consultation with Ingrid GALLERINI, Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist, the assessment will allow us to refine the dietary survey, review your lifestyle habits, typical training load, and identify your athletic goals. From this, we will determine your nutritional needs in terms of macro and micronutrients
3. Sports Nutrition Programme
A personalised meal plan is then created.
Depending on the chosen sports nutrition follow-up programme, the plan will be accompanied by my advice on how to best manage your preparation for athletic goals. The plan will also be adjusted as needed to fit your competition schedule and training load, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
4. Weekly Meal Plans for Athletes
To ensure nothing is left to chance, I also offer to create menus tailored to your sports nutrition plan. You’ll discover new flavours and recipes that will help you gain independence in the kitchen!
