				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Le porridge chocolat banane est conseillé au petit déjeuner ou en collation car il est parfaitement équilibré en protéines, lipides et glucides. Il vous permettra d’être en forme à l’entrainement ou très utile pour une récupération optimale.</p>
<h2>Ingrédients</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 banane (150g)</li>
<li>40 g de flocon d’avoine</li>
<li>200 ml de lait 1/2 écrémé</li>
<li>1 cuillère à soupe de sucre</li>
<li>1 cuillère à café de cacao</li>
</ul>

<h2>Réalisation :</h2>
<ul>
<li>Réduire la banane en purée.</li>
<li>Dans une casserole, déposer la banane, le sucre, les flocons d’avoine, et le lait.</li>
<li>Mélanger et faire cuire à feu doux pendant environ 5 minutes en mélangeant régulièrement.</li>
<li>Ajouter le cacao quand le porridge est bientôt cuit. Mélanger.</li>
</ul>

<li>Servir dans un bol et recouvrir de morceaux de banane si vous le souhaitez.</li>
