Sports Nutrition Workshops
Our sports nutrition and dietetics workshops are conducted on request by Ingrid GALLERINI, Sports Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of the site NUTRISPORT.diet.
We can organize one or several workshops throughout your stay, depending on your goals and needs. Whether you want to acquire the fundamental concepts of sports nutrition or deepen your existing knowledge, learn how to calculate carbohydrate intake, or cook essential meals and snacks for effort and recovery, Ingrid can also provide a dietary assessment for personalized advice. Our nutrition workshop program can be tailored ‘à la carte,’ whether light or indulgent!
They are held within the House of Cyclists in the common living area. The kitchen is available for hands-on practice. These private workshops are specifically designed to meet your needs: theoretical foundations, calculations, and practical kitchen sessions!
At the House of Cyclists, we ensure that you leave not only in better shape thanks to the effects of high-altitude training, but also with valuable skills for the future through our nutrition workshops.
